Nice and Clean Car Wash has been a fixture on the corner of West Broadway and Douglas Drive since 1964.  It became an Octopus Car Wash in the 70's, with the famous Octopus sign, and eventually transitioned into a Regal Car Wash in the 00's.  My husband Alberto and I purchased the business in 2018.  We thought it would be so cool to call it Octopus Car Wash again and searched everywhere for a vintage Octopus sign.  We never found the sign and recently learned we cannot even use the name "Octopus Car Wash" because it is trademarked.  Alas, we are changing our name again to NICE and CLEAN Car Wash.
